About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic HR professional who can align people practices with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities:-

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

- Align HR initiatives with organizational goals and business strategy.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership teams on HR policies and people strategies.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Manage the complete recruitment Lifecycle.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

- Oversee joining formalities, induction programs, and employee documentation.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and employee integration.
- Manage confirmations, promotions, transfers, attendance, leave management, and exit processes.

Payroll & Compensation:-

- Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, and salary processing.
- Support compensation reviews, appraisals, and advantages administration.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll and compensation.

Employee Engagement & Relations:-





- Drive employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.

Performance Management:-

- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.
- Support managers in performance evaluations and development planning.
- Monitor employee performance and growth initiatives.

Learning & Development:-

- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support employee skill enhancement and career development initiatives.

HR Compliance & Policies:-

- Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.

Statutory Compliance:-

- Coordinate PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain required records and documentation.

HR Analytics & Reporting:-

- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
- Track key HR metrics including recruitment, attrition, attendance, and performance.

Exit Management & Retention:-

- Conduct exit interviews and manage separation processes.
- Analyze attrition trends and recommend retention strategies.

Administration & Coordination:-

- Support office administration and workplace management activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Required Qualifications:-

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR Generalist experience.

Required Skills:-

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, HR operations, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
