Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Title Examining / Title Search
- Hands-on experience in the Texas State market is mandatory
- Experience in Full Search, Current Owner Search, and Title Examining
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform Full Search and Current Owner Search for Texas State properties.
- Examine title records and identify ownership history, liens, judgments, and encumbrances.
- Review public records and prepare accurate title reports.
- Verify and analyze legal documents related to property ownership.
- Ensure accuracy while meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets.




- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve title discrepancies and support timely report delivery. These responsibilities align with the uploaded job description's emphasis on processing orders, verifying information, maintaining quality, and adhering to SLAs.
