- Ensure compliance with Company law, SEBI,FEMA,NBFC
-Provide advice on corporate governance matters
-Support clients in corporate restructuring activities such as mergers, acquisitions & demergers
-Conduct due diligence exercises & regulatory audits
Required Candidate profile
-Qualified CS, fresher or with 1-2 years of relevant working exp
-Solid understanding of Company law, SEBI, FEMA
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work independently & as part of a team
