Job Summary

Develop and direct quality assurance procedures, process control and systems so that companys products meet the customer requirement before shipment.

Responsibilities

Major Duties

- 1.Establish Quality Assurance Procedures
- 2.Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- 3.Direct Quality Personnel
- 4.Report Quality Issues to Production Management Personnel
- 5.Identify Opportunities to Enhance Efficiency
- 6.Monitor all operations that affect quality
- 7. Supervise and guide inspectors and other staff
- 8. Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- 9. Appraise customers requirements and make sure they are satisfied
- 10. Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
- 11.Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation

Minor Duties

- 12. Ensure all legal standards are met
- 13. Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
