Customer Service Executive International Voice Process
Location: Bangalore (Bannerghatta Road)
Employment Type: Contract (9 Months)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 5 Days
Shift: 24x7 Rotational
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain service quality and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Eligibility
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience.
- International Voice Process experience is preferred.
- Banking/BFSI experience is preferred; candidates from other international voice processes are also welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hindi & English proficiency is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts.
