Full Stack Engineer (with Gen AI Tooling experience) Experience 12yrs - 15yrs

Mandatory Skills " Proven leadership in designing and delivering scalable, cloud native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern architectures

" Strong expertise in full stack engineering, driving delivery across UI, APIs, and data layers using Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, React/Next.js, ensuring clean integration and adherence to standards

" Strong expertise in API-driven development, CI/CD, and engineering governance using Git, SonarQube, and Wiz

" Strong experience with AI-assisted developer tools such as GitLab Duo, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to enhance productivity, code quality, and development workflows

" Deep experience in data management and system design across SQL/NoSQL platforms (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

" Good knowledge of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, CloudTrail).

" Ensure production readiness of releases, with robust focus on observability, resilience, and operational excellence using Kafka and API standards (OpenAPI/TypeSpec)

" Accountable for end to end delivery of solutions, ensuring quality, performance, maintainability, and alignment to enterprise standards

" Partner with Product Owners, Client, and engineering teams to shape requirements,
