This is a Permanent role with our client Deloitte India. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Drive technical design discussions and ensure adherence to best coding practices and architectural standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Oversee sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline deployment processes.
- Develop and integrate event-driven solutions using Kafka.
- Work with MongoDB and other data stores to build high-performance, scalable applications.
- Support front-end integration using ReactJS where required.
- Identify technical risks, resolve complex production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while aligning with business objectives.
- Experience in the Financial Services or Banking domain.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, system scalability, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
