Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Drive technical design discussions and ensure adherence to best coding practices and architectural standards.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

Oversee sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery within Agile/Scrum methodologies.





Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline deployment processes.

Develop and integrate event-driven solutions using Kafka.

Work with MongoDB and other data stores to build high-performance, scalable applications.

Support front-end integration using ReactJS where required.

Identify technical risks, resolve complex production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while aligning with business objectives.
