Full-Stack Engineer

You will build and ship software end to end — client platforms and our own products (createawity.art, Policy Mitra). The same engineer scopes, builds, ships, and supports; no handoffs to strangers. You will work across a Next.js/React front, Node/NestJS and ASP.NET Core backends, and PostgreSQL, with real users and real uptime responsibility.

What we’re looking for

- Solid TypeScript, and production experience with React/Next.js or Node.js
- Comfort owning a feature from written scope to production, including the unglamorous parts (tests, monitoring, failure paths)
- SQL fundamentals — you can design a schema and explain your indexes
- Plain written English; honest about estimates and about what you do not know

What you’ll do
- Build features across client engagements and our own products
- Own quality: tests, code review, and the deploy that ships your work
- Carry context after launch — support and iterate on what you built
- Tell us when something is the wrong thing to build
