Role Overview :

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end web applications, bridging the gap between sophisticated backend logic and intuitive user interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, system architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into high-availability software. Your contributions will directly influence the performance, reliability, and user experience of our core platforms, ensuring they remain competitive and scalable in a fast-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop robust, scalable backend services using .NET to ensure high performance and data integrity for enterprise-grade applications.
- Design and implement responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using React.js to enhance user engagement and platform accessibility.




- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and translate business objectives into actionable development sprints.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in the full-stack lifecycle and implementing efficient caching, database indexing, and API optimization strategies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, distributed systems using the .NET ecosystem and modern React.js frameworks with 8 - 14 years of professional experience.
- Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with front-end components to deliver a unified user experience.
- Robust analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing database schemas and optimizing queries within SQL Server or similar relational database environments.
- Exceptional collaborative skills, with a track record of working effectively in an agile, hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.
