The company addresses a key gap in the lending ecosystem by enabling access to emergency loans from ₹5,000 to ₹2,00,000 for first-time borrowers, individuals with limited credit history, and those with short-term liquidity needs. Operating as a Digital Lending Agent (DLA), LoanDidi™ partners with NBFCs and uses a fully digital, data-driven infrastructure to originate and service loans, with a vision of achieving a ₹5,000 Crore book size by 2030.

Its approach combines AI-led underwriting, risk ringfencing, and digital-first collections to deliver faster credit decisions, lower NPAs, and fair pricing. LoanDidi™ aims to make small-ticket credit accessible, responsible, and scalable while building India’s next layer of credit infrastructure in collaboration with lending and fintech partners.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Raipur.

The Full Stack

Developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power LoanDidi’s digital lending platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing front-end user interfaces, developing secure and scalable back-end services and APIs, and integrating with third-party financial and data systems. The role involves collaborating with product, design,



operations, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

The Full Stack

Developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement of the platform’s technology stack.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, with hands-on experience in building APIs, working with databases, and implementing secure server-side logic.

Candidates should possess comprehensive Software Development and Full-Stack Development skills, including familiarity with version control, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Relevant skills such as knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), RESTful services, and microservices architectures are beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

Ability to write clean, maintainable code, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Experience in fintech, digital lending, or building data-driven platforms will be an advantage.
