Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ASP.NET, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Full Stack Development. The candidate should be capable of building robust backend services, developing responsive frontend applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js/Angular preferred).
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.




- Maintain source code using Git and follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with REST APIs, Web APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Strong understanding of Entity Framework and LINQ.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools.
- Knowledge of JWT Authentication, OAuth, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an added advantage.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
