1.5LPM Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with robust expertise in React.js (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend/API development) to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

The role requires hands-on development, architecture collaboration, and active adoption of AI-driven SDLC practices to accelerate development, improve quality, and enable faster delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end web applications using React.js and Node.js

Build and manage RESTful / GraphQL APIs, ensuring scalability and security

Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and product teams for solution design

Develop reusable components and optimized front-end interfaces

Drive code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices

Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, PI Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

Integrate applications with cloud services and enterprise systems

Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities

AI in SDLC (Expected Capability)

Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants) for code generation, optimization, and documentation

Contribute to AI-enabled practices such as:

AI-assisted design-to-code transformation

Intelligent backlog creation and refinement





Automated sprint reporting and productivity tracking

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend

Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, hooks, and component-based architecture

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

Knowledge of UI performance optimization and responsive design

Backend

Strong experience in Node.js (Express)

API development (REST/GraphQL) with security best practices

Experience with asynchronous programming and microservices architecture

Database & Integration

Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Snowflake) and NoSQL

API integration with external systems and services

Cloud & DevOps

Experience with AWS / Azure

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization

AI & Modern Engineering Capabilities

Understanding of AI-driven productivity improvements in SDLC lifecycle

Familiarity with automation in testing, deployment, and monitoring

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to work across cross-functional and distributed teams
