Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Full-Stack development, solution architecture, Node.js, and React.js, along with experience leading technical teams and building scalable cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and own end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Lead architecture discussions and define engineering standards.
- Design REST APIs, Microservices, and system integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices.




- Drive cloud-native application development and CI/CD implementation.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Technical Architect/Solution Architect role.
- Robust hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js.
- Experience designing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and System Integration.
- Experience with Azure (Preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and secure application design.
- Experience leading development teams in Agile environments.

Good to Have
- Healthcare domain experience.
- Event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude).
- Azure Certifications.
