1. Responsible for field operations and maintenance of FTTx network, 2. OLT, ODN Network HOTO within SLA, 3. Corrective and Preventive Maintenance, 4. Plan , monitor and control spares material, TMI and Tools requirement,& availability as per design norms for assigned Scope, Calibration of,TMI., 5.

Resolve O2A issues assigned to O&M;, 6. Coordination, supervision and technical support to FRT and Technician, 7. Liaising with local authority/building owners etc., 8. Interface and coordination with cross functional teams (Consruction,,Home Care, Business, MSP etc), 9.

Material related activities.

Skills and Competencies 1. Hands on experience of Splicing, OTDR, LSPM and cable locator, 2.

Fiber

Network O&M; Experience, 3. O&M; of Transmission/IP Network equipments, 4. Valuable Knowledge of Fiber Optics communication, 5. Basic knowledge of Transmission/DLC/OLT equipment's, 6. Good communication Skill, 7. Analytical and problem solving skill
