Experience Required: 2-5 Years (Relevant experience in Biogas / CBG Industry)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer with solid expertise in multi-feedstock Biogas & CBG projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and tender submissions for EPC/turnkey CBG plants using diversified feedstocks such as agri residues, press mud, spent wash, poultry litter, MSW organic waste, and cattle dung.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for Biogas & CBG EPC projects
- Perform feedstock analysis, mass & energy balance, and digester sizing
- Develop CAPEX & OPEX estimates and vendor evaluations
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and client discussions
- Financial modeling support including payback calculations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams for timely bid submission.
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and statutory requirements.
- Ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously under deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (basic understanding preferred).
- Prepare BOQs and cost comparison sheets.
- Assist in pricing strategy and margin analysis.
- Participate in bid negotiations and client discussions.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering/ M.Sc
- 2-5 years’ experience in Biogas / CBG / Waste-to-Energy projects
- Strong knowledge of anaerobic digestion & biogas upgrading (Bio-chemical Scrubbing/PSA/Membrane/Water Scrubbing)
- Proficiency in MS Excel & costing models
