The Finance Head will report directly to the Directors of the organisation and will lead the Finance Department.

Main responsibilities

- Oversee all accounting and financial operations.
- Supervise the Finance Department and the accounting team.
- Review monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections.
- Monitor production costs and profitability.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Supervise GST, TDS, EPF, ESI and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate external audits.
- Manage banking relationships and treasury.
- Monitor all company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports and KPIs for the Directors.
- Ensure complete transparency,



accuracy and compliance of all financial operations.

Profile required

- Minimum 10 years experience in Finance.
- Experience in manufacturing, textile, fashion or export industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
- Experience working with international companies is a robust advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
