Job Description

- Interpret , ideate and prepare costs for event proposals for client briefs.
- Plan and execute all event set ups & dismantle with the Operations team
- Supervise & Mentor Operation/ Production Executives in the team
- Lead Client interactions & negotiations for production & technical requirements
- Ensure quality control and effective execution, manpower utilization during the event
- Delivery of projects with optimum cost utilization, meeting client and agency expectations
- Vendor management
- Ensure all financial settlements with accounts team incl. but not limited to Profit & Loss statements and closings of all executed events
- Ensure smooth communication between the internal teams i.e. Client Servicing , Creatives & Vendors for all event requirements, planning and execution.
- Build and maintain an exhaustive Vendor database




- Generate new business from existing clients.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8-10 years relevant Events experience with 2 - 3 years in a leadership role
- Exposure & understanding of all genres of events with industry & technical know-how.
- Proactive in providing Fabrication and technical solutions for events
- Presentable with communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ownership mindset You shouldnt require monitoring and you should be able to leverage the freedom given to you to create high value to the company and yourself as a skilled
- Passionate about events and the active lifestyle
- Based in Mumbai and comfortable with erratic working hours.
