About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional SEO Team Lead who lives and breathes search. This is not a role for someone who simply follows SEO checklists we're looking for a search strategist who has consistently delivered outstanding organic growth for clients in the USA and Canada.

If you've taken competitive websites from low visibility to Page 1 rankings, built high-performing SEO teams, and understand where search is heading with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and Digital PR, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

- Lead SEO strategy for multiple US & Canadian clients across different industries.
- Build and mentor a high-performance SEO team.
- Develop long-term organic growth strategies that drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
- Own Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content Strategy, Link Building, and Digital PR.
- Plan and execute high-authority Digital PR campaigns to earn quality editorial backlinks from top-tier publications.
- Build relationships with journalists, publishers, bloggers, and media outlets.
- Create SEO strategies aligned with Google's latest algorithms and AI-powered search.
- Implement and optimize AEO and GEO strategies to maximize visibility in AI search platforms.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, topical authority planning, and content gap analysis.
- Work closely with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and continuously improve performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- 3+ years leading an SEO team.
- Proven experience managing SEO for eCommerce websites,



with a robust track record of increasing organic traffic, improving category and product page rankings, driving revenue growth, and optimizing large-scale online stores for competitive markets.
- Extensive experience managing SEO campaigns for USA and Canada clients.
- Proven track record of ranking highly competitive keywords on Google's first page.
- Strong portfolio of successful SEO case studies with measurable business impact.

- Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging search platforms.

- Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and SEO automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, client management, and strategic thinking skills.

Bonus Points

- Experience scaling websites from thousands to millions of organic visits.




- Strong Digital PR network with journalists and media publishers.
- Experience building brand authority through earned media.
- Experience with AI-driven SEO workflows and automation.
- Public speaking, conference presentations, or published SEO case studies.
