- Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder ESP solutions: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Work with clients supply chain and IT teams to translate business needs into configurable planning system capabilities.
- Conduct workshops and requirement sessions with stakeholders and deliver user training/documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams (integration developers, testers, data teams) to ensure smooth implementation.
- Customize and optimize ESP modules to meet specific KPIs and operational requirements.
- Assist with data migration, validation and cleansing for supply chain systems.
- Provide support during upgrades, rollouts, and post-production stabilization.
- Identify opportunities for automation, integration improvements and best practices adoption.
