1. Operating and setting of CNC M/C HMC/ VMC with3, 4th & 5th Axis.

2. Job Setting as per instruction on Fixture setting, cutting tool & Job setting.

3. Ensuring the plan & actual setup time as per standard setup time.

1. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

5. Experience in handling Fanuc, Hass & Brother control system.

6. Knowledge in G D & T.

1. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

8. Should have knowledge of reading & analysing the CMM inspection report.

9. Should independently give correction on the machine based on Insp. Report.

10. Knowledge in 2D programming.

11. Knowledge in cutting tool selection.

12. Ensuring the M/C utilization.

13. Ensuring part quality Setup & Inprocess.

14. Adhering to the QMS requirements.

15. Ensuring Job preparedness for next setup.

16. Coordinating with shift supervisor for maintain the production output.

17. Understanding the Engineering & Quality documents.

18. Handling for Quality instruments.

19. Maintaining the M/C TPM.

20. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

21. Maintaining the discipline in the shop floor.
