Recruitment Specialist (Part-Time)

- Employment Type: Part-Time (25 hours per week | 5 hours per day | Monday to Friday)
- Shift: 2:30 PM 7:30 PM IST or Flexible

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our India operations team on a part time basis. In this role, you will support our UK and US clients by sourcing high-quality candidates, managing LinkedIn Recruiter projects, conducting candidate outreach, and maintaining accurate recruitment databases.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing & LinkedIn Recruiter Management (UK Client): Review sourcing requests, understand hiring requirements, conduct advanced searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques, create and manage Recruiter Projects, and deliver qualified candidate shortlists.
- Candidate Outreach & Engagement (US Client): Execute outreach campaigns to engage prospective candidates and industry professionals across designated talent networks.
- Database Management & Data Quality: Update, verify,



and maintain candidate records, profiles, and contact details to ensure database accuracy and integrity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with UK and US clients to refine search strategies, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve sourcing quality.

Candidate Profile

- 12 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or HR.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search and advanced search filters.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for the Agriculture, Dairy, Food, Beverage, or FMCG sectors.
- Familiarity with UK and/or US recruitment practices.
- Basic understanding of international hiring workflows, particularly within the UK and US market.
