What will be the key responsibilities?

- Plan and manage doctor capacity based on consultation demand, user volumes and expected business growth.
- Define and track doctor performance metrics covering productivity, availability, consultation quality, user ratings and protocol adherence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured feedback to doctors.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure adherence to approved consultation protocols, prescribing guidelines and documentation standards.
- Identify new opportunities for improving workflows, systems and product solutions that impact consumer, coach or doctor experience.
- Develop, manage, and grow high-performing operations and quality teams to support multiple operational streams across the user lifecycle.




- Work with product & tech teams, clinical experts, and operations leadership to implement key initiatives that improve efficiency and user outcomes.

What are we looking for?

- 3-5 years of experience in business operations/clinical operations/consulting/startup ecosystems with proven ability to scale processes.
- Prior experience managing doctors, clinicians, healthcare professionals or large service delivery teams is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Experience in building and managing large teams with a focus on quality and outcomes.
- Passion for healthcare, technology, and improving user experience
- Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
- Love for problem solving and impact orientation
- Strong bias-for-action
