- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior leadership.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Handle emails, correspondence, and maintain important documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on key decisions.
- Maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
- Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to senior management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 38 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant supporting senior management or leadership teams.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Hands-on experience in managing executive calendars, travel, meetings, and documentation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders will be an added advantage.
