SUMMARY

Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned UX/Product Designer to lead the design of large-scale web and mobile banking applications. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping intuitive, scalable, and compliant digital experiences that meet the needs of diverse users across the organization. You will be responsible for translating complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements into elegant, user-centered designs while driving consistency and innovation through a bank-wide Design System. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across the enterprise. This is a high-impact role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Architecture, to deliver world-class digital banking solutions.

Total Experience: 5-10 years

Must-Have: The candidate should have 4 years of relevant experience in UX design in BFSI or enterprise applications.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end user experiences for large-scale web and mobile banking platforms.

- Translate business objectives, operational workflows, and regulatory requirements into actionable, user-focused design solutions.





- Build, own, and scale a bank-wide Design System to ensure consistency, reusability, and efficiency across teams.

- Maintain UX coherence and quality across all digital products and teams.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Compliance.

- Lead usability testing, conduct UX reviews, and manage design sign-offs to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

- 7-12 years of experience in IT and proven 4+ years of UX/Product Design experience, with a focus on enterprise or BFSI applications.

- Demonstrated experience in creating and governing scalable Design Systems.

- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and comprehensive UX documentation.

- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and usability best practices.

- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and design-to-code workflows.

- Experience with HRMS systems is a plus.

- Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor others.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
