Role & responsibilities :

- Analysis of rates to work as actual vs contractual for at least two major order like plumbing, fire fighting, electrical by actual measurement vs order records.
- Handover to customer in full and error free flats as per sales requirement (priority list) and time line.
- Deployment of vendor as per plan and schedule.
- Proper planning of required material for completion
- Proper deployment of labor on site
- Ensure smooth functioning of the project
- Coordination of drawings & details with architects & consultants
- Quality control
- Cost control
- Trouble shooting with local officials with bmc/bses/collectorate etc.
- Interaction with customers regarding flat modification
- To ensure safety & security at site
- Employee development
- Ability to manage and deal effectively with contractors.
- Lead team of engineers
- Provide a vision and concept to all the internal architects and consultant to ensure that the plans set do not have any errors which would constraint the working of the project
