Job Purpose:

Represent the Bank and present eligible products to non-managed customers.

Educate customers on the Bank's digital products.

Identify the right product, explain features/benefits, and sell for revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities:

Quantitative:

Achieve monthly unit, value, and income targets across product lines.

Educate customers on product lines and provide suitable products.

Maintain month-on-month productivity on allocated product lines.

Contribute to overall channel achievement.

Customer Communication:

Contact non-managed customers using calling scripts to offer products.

Engage customers with probing questions to understand requirements.

Explain product features & advantages during customer onboarding.

Pitch multiple products to increase customer product holding.

Qualitative:

Ensure effective interaction and communication, capturing correct customer dispositions.





Implement feedback from supervisors/unit managers/training managers on call quality.

Maintain Time on system as per KPI.

Ensure Minimum RPC on a daily/monthly basis.

Digital Product Penetration:

Educate customers on digital products.

Showcase value and convenience of digital products.

Increase digital penetration within the non-managed customer base.

Push digital penetration for contacted customers.

Audit and Compliance:

Adhere to all laid down guidelines for Calling.

Ensure all tele-calling and product regulatory compliance are met.

Adhere to all product guidelines.

Follow guidelines on floor discipline and dialer hygiene parameters.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation

Post-Graduation (Optional)
