Role & responsibilities

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring experience.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using talent intelligence and market insights.
- Source, engage, and assess high-quality talent through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and direct search.
- Gather and share market insights, candidate feedback, and hiring trends to improve recruitment strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize sourcing strategies using data.

Preferred Candidate:

- 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on APAC hiring across multiple countries and markets.
- Solid understanding of APAC talent markets and sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Skilled in talent mapping, market research, and candidate engagement.

Note: Candidates from staffing, recruitment consulting, or recruitment agency backgrounds are not preferred.
