Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from planning to execution.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring progress against schedules and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance on best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Primavera Project Planner software tools.
- Robust understanding of project control principles, including estimation, scheduling, tracking & review.
