Role Description

We are seeking a Frontend Developer with 2–4 years of experience who is passionate about creating fast, intuitive, and visually engaging web applications.

As a Frontend Developer at XALT, you will work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to build high-performance, responsive, and scalable applications that deliver an exceptional investing experience across devices.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

- Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

User Experience

- Deliver smooth, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement modern design systems.
- Improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
- Build interactive dashboards, portfolio views, and data visualization interfaces.

Performance Optimization

- Optimize page load speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement lazy loading,



code splitting, and efficient state management.
- Improve rendering performance and application responsiveness.
- Identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks.

API Integration

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
- Handle authentication, authorization, and secure user sessions.
- Manage asynchronous data fetching and error handling.
- Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration.

Code Quality

- Write clean, modular, and reusable code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Maintain high coding standards and comprehensive documentation.
- Write unit and component tests where applicable.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in frontend development.
- Experience building SaaS, FinTech, WealthTech, or consumer-facing web applications is preferred.
