Desired Competencies (Technical/ Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

- Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript development
- Experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend service development
- Proficiency in building responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web applications
- Experience in REST API development and frontend-backend integration
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and up-to-date UI development practices
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API-driven development
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have

- Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress,



or JUnit
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise applications

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications using React.js
- Develop and support backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces
- Integrate frontend components with backend services and third-party APIs
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices
- Stay updated with emerging frontend and backend technologies and recommend improvements
