What you ll do

- Deliver a warm, friendly and memorable welcome to every guest, creating a first impression that reflects The Hoxtons personality and style.
- Manage guest arrivals, departures and room allocations efficiently while ensuring accuracy in all Front Office procedures.
- Build genuine connections with guests, anticipating their needs and creating personalised experiences throughout their stay.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and feedback with confidence, professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the hotel, local neighbourhood and city to provide recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
- Promote hotel facilities, restaurants, bars and experiences while identifying opportunities to upsell rooms and services. Qualifications
