About the role

This role is for a UI and Services Engineer within the Advanced Technology team of a Digital eXperience Group. You will work in a cross-functional,



full-stack environment alongside AI engineers to develop Conversational AI solutions. The team co-creates advanced products with the client's businesses globally, supporting an expanding portfolio of online expert solutions. This is an individual contributor role that also involves mentoring team members and contributing to Agile planning cycles.

Responsibilities

- Become a member of the UI and Services team and work side-by-side with AI engineers to build conversational AI solutions.
- Act as an individual contributor who can interpret, estimate, and execute requirements, ensuring timely delivery of the solution.
- Manage continuous integration and continuous deployment to guarantee a robust delivery pipeline.
- Participate in Product Increment (agile) planning with business and technical teams.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams across the organization.
- Develop POCs using advanced technologies for business requirements as a self-starter.
- Mentor team members.

Must have skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience developing production-ready solutions.
- Good understanding of UI and Services architectural styles and patterns.
- Deep knowledge of Front-End development and services integration, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 8+, NodeJS, and REST.
- Experience with AWS cloud-based platforms for solution delivery.
- Experience working with agile and Software Development Lifecycle tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Git, Atlassian Bamboo) and best practices such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

- Remote role, primary timezone UTC+0. (6h hours of overlap).
- Contractor role: 12-month contract, renewable.
