Key Responsibilities

- Source IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and social media.

- Screen candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and communication abilities.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.

- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

- Follow recruitment KPIs and hiring targets.

- Stay updated on European IT market trends and technologies.

- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.





- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment or IT is an advantage.

- Eagerness to learn European recruitment processes.

- Good internet connectivity and a dedicated work-from-home setup.

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Freshers are welcome.

- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, BPO, customer service, or sales.

- Basic understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, SAP, or AI is a plus.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals is an advantage.
