Hiring: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)

Shift: US Night Shift | Schedule: 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs

Salary

- Freshers: 21,000 Take Home + Shift Allowance + Incentives
- Experienced: 32,000+ Take Home + Shift Allowance + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries related to accounts, payments, and transactions.
- Update customer details in CRM.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.





Eligibility

- Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work in US Night Shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
