Ensure all required documents are correctly prepared and submitted.

Respond to any initial examination queries, if applicable.

Provide updates throughout the filing process until the application is successfully filed.

Requirements Proven experience filing trademarks in India.

Positive understanding of the Indian Trade Marks Act and filing procedures.

Experience with IP protection for startups, technology companies, or consumer brands is preferred.

Ability to communicate clearly and provide timelines.

Registered Trademark Agent or IP Attorney is preferred but not mandatory.
