About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Windchill PLM Consultant to provide application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements for enterprise PTC Windchill PLM environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Windchill applications
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for PTC Windchill PLM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Windchill.
- Develop and support customizations using Java and J2EE.
- Build and maintain REST API integrations.
- Support Dell Boomi middleware integrations between Windchill and enterprise applications.
- Monitor system health, logs, and application performance.
- Work with business users to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Support deployments, upgrades, and change management activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
