ThreatXIntel is the official hiring partner for this requirement About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Architect to lead the architecture and design of an enterprise-scale Security Hub platform for a large, highly regulated organization.

This is a part-time remote freelance opportunity for a senior cybersecurity leader with deep expertise in enterprise security architecture, cloud security, governance, SIEM/SOAR, and security operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing centralized security platforms, implementing security control frameworks, and driving security transformation initiatives across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities Security Hub Architecture

Define the end-to-end Security Hub architecture aligned with enterprise security and governance requirements.

Design a centralized Security Hub supporting approximately 60 enterprise security controls.

Develop logical, physical, deployment, and integration architecture.

Define scalability, resiliency, disaster recovery, and high availability architecture.

Security Controls & Detection

Design triple-mode detection using:

Real-time security events

Observability metrics

Periodic compliance and security scans

Translate enterprise security requirements into enforceable technical controls.

Design compliance monitoring, evidence generation, and audit-ready reporting.

Enterprise Integration

Design integration with

Ranger

OpenShift APIs

Kafka

LGTM Stack

StorageGRID

DataHub

Keycloak

Vault / Venafi

ServiceNow

Enterprise observability platforms

Develop event-driven integration patterns, telemetry ingestion, normalization,



correlation, and orchestration workflows.

Automation & AI Enablement

Design automated remediation workflows.

Implement approval-based enforcement processes.

Define AI-assisted security triage, root cause analysis, prioritization, and recommendations.

Establish reusable security architecture patterns and accelerator frameworks.

Governance

Participate in architecture reviews and governance boards.

Produce architecture documentation and implementation standards.

Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Support operational readiness and transition to production.

Required

Experience

10+ years of cybersecurity or security architecture experience

5+ years designing enterprise security platforms

Experience with large-scale security transformation initiatives

Robust experience in security governance and compliance platforms Technical Skills
