Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across digital marketing domains.

Requirements

Proven experience hiring for digital marketing roles (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Web Development, Sales, etc.).

Strong expertise in headhunting .

Must have a strong LinkedIn network and be proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and headhunting.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
