About the Role

- We are looking for a Freelance Outreach & Sales Closer who can take ownership of the complete sales process, from initiating conversations with prospects to closing deals on behalf of our agency.
- This is not just a lead generation role.
- We are looking for someone who can confidently build relationships, understand client needs, present our services, handle objections, negotiate when appropriate, and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other outreach channels.
- Start meaningful conversations with prospects using personalized outreach.
- Qualify leads based on our ideal client profile.
- Understand client pain points and position our services as the right solution.
- Conduct sales conversations via chat or calls.




- Handle objections and answer client questions with confidence.
- Follow up consistently until a decision is made.
- Close new clients and help them complete the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and deals.
- Collaborate with the agency team to improve outreach and sales performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound outreach and B2B sales.
- Robust communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with prospects.
- Experience closing high-ticket or service-based offers is preferred.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience
- Selling digital marketing, personal branding, content marketing, consulting, coaching, or agency services.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, CRM tools, and sales pipelines.
- Understanding of consultative selling and objection handling.
