Jetpac is hiring a freelance Creator Affiliate Marketing Specialist to lead growth for our Creator Affiliate Program, Captains & Jetsetters. This role is responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with established creators globally, and ensuring those partnerships convert into measurable revenue.

This is a relationship and negotiation-driven role. The ideal candidate has experience engaging established creators and can confidently structure and close partnership terms.

Role Overview - Creator Identification Identify and prioritize established, high-impact creators for partnership on a global basis, not limited to any single region or market. YouTube is the primary channel, with Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and relevant creator communities serving as supporting channels for expanding the network.

Partnership Negotiation Lead outreach and negotiation with creators, including those with significant reach and existing partnership options. Structure offers, negotiate terms, and close agreements that align with program economics.

Onboarding Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including sharing partnership materials, assigning affiliate codes,



coordinating system setup with the tracking/CRM team, and confirming activation.

Performance Tracking & Payout Support Monitor affiliate performance (clicks, sign-ups, conversions, revenue), identify high performers for expanded partnership opportunities, and support accurate and timely payout processing.

Partnership & B2B Support Support outreach to agency and B2B partners as needed, communicating program structure and payout terms.

Requirements - Experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or talent/brand deals

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close partnerships with mid-to-large creators

Experience engaging and negotiating with international creators and partners, not limited to a single region or market

Robust outreach, communication, and relationship-management skills

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and performance data accurately

Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance capacity

Preferred: an existing creator network and familiarity with affiliate tracking tools and revenue-share models.

Trial Period: 1 month (Extendable with long term contract)

Commitment: 3 hours per day, 20 working days per month
