We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Accounts Executive to support our finance team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, accounting documentation, and day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, purchase bills, and payment records.
- Handle accounting documentation and ensure proper filing of financial records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation (basic knowledge preferred).
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for routine accounting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualification
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Freelancers and part-time professionals are welcome to apply).
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in handling accounting documentation independently.
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Available to work three days a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
