Job Title: Freelance BPO Soft Skills Trainer We are looking for experienced Freelance Soft Skills Trainers for an upcoming training assignment. Job Details:
Position: BPO Freelance Soft Skills Trainer
Experience: 3–5 years
Mandatory: Prior BPO experience
Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Shillong
Openings: 10 positions at each location
Contract Duration: 2–3 months
Project Start: July 2026
Commercials: ₹330 – ₹360 per hour (based on experience)
Calibration: 13 days Additional Information:
For the Shillong assignment, 50% of travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed. A 10% TDS deduction will be applicable on all payments as per statutory norms. Interested trainers who meet the above criteria can share their updated CV along with the following details:
