Designation - Franchise Sales officer (Sales)

Job Location - Jaunpaur (UP) & Mandi (HP) - Any one location

Salary - 40k in-hand & 45k CTC Monthly + Travel Allowances + Incentives

Responsibility:-

- Expansion - Identify and prospect potential new channel partners / dealers for opening new stores.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective new partners / dealers for opening new stores within the territory.
- Drive end-to-end partner enrollment, from initial discussions to onboarding and showroom launch readiness.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, finance, operations) to ensure timely documentation and approvals and smooth partner onboarding and showroom setup.
- Track expansion targets, report progress,



and ensure timely achievement of territory expansion goals.
- Perform Secondary sales revenue generation through project sites and end users to support your assigned Philips Smart Light Hub.
- Cold calling to identify new projects/construction in the assigned territory to generate leads.
- Relationship Management with specifiers (i.e.) Architects & Interior Designers
- Manage end-to-end sales conversion by frequent follow-ups and provide lighting solutions to the customers.
- Usage of Field Assist Mobile App and capture the current leads, new accounts, and secondary sales daily.
- Manage sales growth of the assigned Smart Light Hub in the territory.
