Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new franchise partners.

Promote and expand the company's distribution network.

Generate new business opportunities through franchising and distribution.

Build relationships with franchisees, distributors, investors, and key partners.

Lead investor acquisition initiatives.

Hire and develop a robust network of distributors, channel partners, and business associates.

Conduct franchise presentations and negotiations.

Monitor franchise performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive business growth.

Prior experience in distribution management and/or franchising is mandatory.

Proven experience in investor acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Experience in hiring and managing distributor and franchise networks.
