Role Overview :

As the Founding Technical Lead, you will serve as the primary architect and engineering leader, steering the development of our core AI-driven products. You will work closely with the founders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions. This role involves leading the end-to-end development lifecycle, mentoring a growing engineering team, and ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of the recruitment technology space.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our matching algorithms and the overall user experience for both recruiters and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures that integrate Large Language Models into our core recruitment workflows to enhance matching accuracy.
- Lead the development of complex agentic workflows using Langgraph to automate multi-step recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define the technical roadmap, ensuring that engineering efforts align with long-term company growth objectives.
- Establish engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring,



to maintain high standards of software quality and reliability.
- Mentor and build a high-performing engineering team by fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and rapid iteration.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade applications using Python, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and system design.
- Proven ability to architect and deploy solutions utilizing Large Language Models, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and managing model latency in real-world environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing complex state machines and multi-agent systems using Langgraph to solve intricate business logic problems.
- Solid leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus within a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Minimum of 8 to 13 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth product company.
- Ability to work effectively from our Gurgaon office, collaborating closely with the core team to drive rapid product development cycles.
