Santrionn is building an AI-powered student-first healthcare platform. We're preparing for our first launch and are hiring one of our earliest core team members. You'll work directly with the CEO, COO and CMO to build the operational foundation of the company. This is not a traditional operations role—it is a founding prospect to help build systems, partnerships and scale from day one.

About the Role The Founding Team | Operations Associate will own execution across internal operations, healthcare partnerships, expansion, ambassador operations and special founder projects. You will wear multiple hats, solve ambiguous problems and help transform ideas into execution.

Note: This role is fully based in Jalandhar and we want candidates who are currently based in Jalandhar.

What You'll Own Internal Operations & Business Execution

- Design and document SOPs and scalable operational workflows.
- Coordinate execution across Product, Marketing, Technology and Leadership.
- Track project timelines and ensure cross-functional accountability.
- Prepare operational dashboards, reports, meeting notes and documentation.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Support launch readiness by ensuring operational dependencies are completed.
- Research tools, vendors and business processes that improve efficiency.

Healthcare Partnerships

- Identify and reach out to doctors, pharmacies, laboratories and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate meetings, onboarding, documentation and relationship management.
- Maintain a partnership pipeline and CRM.
- Act as the operational bridge between partners and internal teams.
- Ensure partner readiness before platform launch.

Partnerships & Expansion

- Research multiple institutions for expansion.




- Reach out to various administrations, incubation centres and ambassador bodies.
- Coordinate partnership meetings and follow-ups.
- Support launch planning for every partner institution.
- Maintain an expansion pipeline and partnership tracker.

Founder Office & Special Projects

- Work directly with founders on high-priority initiatives.
- Support business development, research and strategic projects.
- Take ownership wherever the business needs immediate execution.
- Represent Santrionn professionally in meetings and external interactions.

Who We're Looking For

- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Curious, fast learner and proactive problem solver.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of experience.

Compensation & Equity This is a full-time Founding Team position. As Santrionn is currently in its pre-funding stage, our compensation philosophy differs from established companies.

- Compensation will be discussed individually with shortlisted candidates.
- Compensation will evolve alongside the company's funding milestones.
- Exceptional candidates may receive ESOPs based on interview performance, ownership mindset and long-term alignment with Santrionn.
