Role Description The Founding Technical Consultant / Partner will play a central role in building and delivering consulting services while helping shape the firm’s strategic direction. This is a full time, on-site role located in Mumbai, involving close collaboration with clients to understand their needs, analyze business and technical requirements, and design tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations and workshops, diagnosing technical and operational issues, providing hands-on technical support, and leading troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex problems.

The role also involves supporting sales conversations, preparing proposals, and contributing to client acquisition and relationship management.



As a founding partner, the individual will help define internal processes, mentor future team members, and contribute to business development, branding, and long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving, data interpretation, and structured thinking.

Consulting experience or aptitude, with the ability to engage clients, understand requirements, and recommend practical solutions.

Technical support and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and guide clients through technical challenges.

Sales-related skills, such as supporting pre-sales discussions, preparing proposals, and building long-term client relationships.

Experience in technology, IT services, or related fields; prior founding or early-stage startup experience is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate in person with clients and colleagues, and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
