TiffinByte is building a trusted platform for fresh, home-cooked meals by connecting customers with local kitchens and home chefs. We are creating a new-age food ecosystem focused on quality, consistency, affordability, and convenience — while enabling small food entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses.

We are now looking for a Founding Team Member to join us at the ground level and help shape the company’s operations, systems, and execution model.

This is not a conventional job.

It is a founding team opportunity for someone who wants to build, own, and grow with the company.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and build core operations for a fast-growing food aggregation platform.
- Own execution across kitchens, home chefs, delivery partners, and customer experience.
- Design scalable processes for onboarding, coordination, issue resolution, and service quality.
- Work closely on product, technology, and growth to improve the overall user and partner journey.
- Help build systems, dashboards, and workflows that support long-term scale.
- Take end-to-end ownership of operational challenges and decision-making.




- Contribute directly to strategic planning as part of the founding team.

What We’re Looking For
- Solid ownership mindset and a genuine desire to build from scratch.
- Experience in startup operations, foodtech, marketplace, consumer, or logistics-driven businesses.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguity with speed, discipline, and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and move fast without losing quality.
- Passion for food, local entrepreneurship, and building meaningful consumer experiences.
