Job: Founding Revenue Partner (Sales/ partnerships) — MSMEs | AI + Climate Finance ( Close fast, earn faster)

This role is harder than most sales jobs. You're selling carbon compliance to MSMEs in a market that is still immature . Most business owners have never heard of carbon markets, which makes the first 4 weeks the toughest part of the job except you hit potential partners.

Most sales specialists fail because they position the platform instead of solving one real business problem for the end users . As a result, closing ratios are lower in the first month, and many people quit between weeks 6-8 due to poor performance, frustration, and loss of confidence.

If you can make 40+ quality calls every day for the next 8 weeks without losing discipline or motivation, you're built for this role. You'll also be expected to find leads organically and close MSME owners yourself.

Every deal you close helps an MSME become carbon compliant while contributing to measurable carbon reduction. This isn't an easy sales job, it's for people who can handle rejection, keep executing, and close anyway.

What you’ll do

- generating leads to closing deals, (end to end with zero hand-holding except product training)

Who you’ll sell to:



Your primary customers are manufacturing and export-focused MSMEs "including textile, chemical, automotive, steel, logistics, and other supply-chain businesses" especially those facing compliance, ESG, Scope 3, or global buyer requirements.

Compensation

- 4 weeks probation (unpaid)
- Commission 3% on closed revenue.

Earning clarity: 5 deals = ₹25K–₹75K; 10 deals = ₹50K–₹1.5L
- After probation → PPO: ₹4–16 LPA + commission.
- Top performers → Direct ownership / equity prospect
